Parents & Players, Registration is now open for the 2018-2019 Football Season

Please follow the below steps to complete your registration:

1.  Print & complete the EGUSD 2018-2019 Physical Clearance Form

2.   Register & complete all required sections online at Athletics Clearance

3.  Upload completed Physical Clearance form to the Athletics Clearance site
